Let's Make Dandelion Wine!

 Byrd Park's unique dandelion terroir.  Only pick from where they don't spray fertilizers.
 Fully bloomed flowers from gently rounded roadsides and 45 degree slopes.
 Need a crap load of em.

 Washed.
 Use the petals only.
 Boil water, steep em, cover for 3 days.  Gonna make a gallon.
 Squeeze in the juice of four oranges and three lemons.
 Pretend you are using ambient yeast.
Mix in nine cups (9!!) of turbinado sugar.
 Let ferment for six weeks or so.
