Let's Make Dandelion Wine!
Byrd Park's unique dandelion terroir. Only pick from where they don't spray fertilizers.
Fully bloomed flowers from gently rounded roadsides and 45 degree slopes.
Need a crap load of em.
Washed.
Use the petals only.
Boil water, steep em, cover for 3 days. Gonna make a gallon.
Squeeze in the juice of four oranges and three lemons.
Pretend you are using ambient yeast.

Brooklyn Friends, Consider Lovely Richmond
A lot of pretty things grow here,
plenty of room to spread out,
lots and lots of old historic row homes that you can rent for cheap, with laundry machines,
lot of brick,
some times you think you are in another country,
bike friendly and mostly flat,
just about everybody gets a front porch!
