More roasted chicken legs with yellow squash from the farmers market, we have an abundance of squashes, having more tonight! Slugged down a bottle of 05 Bourgogne Rouge "Les Perriere" from Domaine Maurice Ecard. The legs were just an excuse to drink this lovely little wine: light, bright, fresh, sturdy and earthy.
